I have worked with Mike for several years. I have an investor that has purchased many homes in the metro area. Mike did all the rehab work for most of those homes. He has continued to work on the homes taking care of maintenance issues as they come up as well as making them ready for new tenants. Mike has also done work on my personal home. He is by far the best contractor I have worked with on any of the homes I manage. His work is always impeccable, timely and very fairly priced. I never need to follow behind Mike or check up on his work. I know when I walk in to see the finished product it will be just what he said he would deliver. I highly recommend him every chance I get!
